I had an amazing time at this hotel! The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The upgraded rooms had jaw-dropping views of the mountains. The location was perfect, close to town and lifts but away from traffic. The proximity to other ski areas was a pleasant surprise. The pastry and dessert chef at the restaurant created mind-blowing treats. Even with several management changeovers, the staff, including the cleaning staff and waiters, had a positive attitude. A truly fantastic experience!

The stay here was PERFECT for one night. My room was nicely decorated and new-fashioned and featured incredible view of the mountains. The staff greeted everyone and were happy to help. The hotel had indeed an excellent location right next to the cable car I wanted to take.

The room was beautifully decorated and modern, equipped with central heating, a safe, and a flat-screen TV. Having a private bathroom with a bath was a nice addition. the hotel's location was ideal, close to the stunning Crans-Montana mountains, glacier, telecabine/ski lift, as well as a good restaurant and breakfast options. Additionally, it was conveniently located near the ski slopes.
